I am delighted to welcome you to our school’s webpage. I would like to extend a warm welcome to all stakeholders including our Management Board Members, students, staffs, parents and community members. As the Managing Director of “Tiruchy Public School (TPS)”, I am excited to embark on this journey as our school endeavors to inspire and empower our students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers and productive member of an ever-changing global society.
I am feeling heartily pride and pleasure for “TPS” since 2013 to till now paying the best effort for society to prepare quality students not only for academic purpose but also to build up in them social values.
Our intension of education is not to restrict itself to imparting bookish knowledge, but to inculcate humanitarian values like wisdom, compassion, courage, humility, integrity and reliability in a student. TPS truly stands on these virtues.
We provide an excellent infrastructure facility to our students in a tranquil location. We help the children to enhance confidence, discipline, clarity in thoughts and decision making ability to set and achieve goals as a lifelong process.

‘Education is the manifestation of the perfection already in man’ – Swami Vivekananda
Business and trade was the major focus and I wanted to go beyond and develop a mindset to reciprocate to the stakeholders other than shareholders that motivated to turn me as an educator. Globetrotting for most of my life time for the sake of my trading business widened my horizon of viewing life. I realize that World view, a paradigm, of nurturing children at young age is possible towards achieving world peace, and unity; making the adults to do the same is nearly impossible at a later stage. In particular Swami Vivekananda’s philosophy on education, ‘Education is the manifestation of the perfection already in man’ was an eye opener for me to channelize my journey towards educational sector. In line with the quote of Swami Vivekanda on Education,’ awakening the already inherent potential of each child through education to manifest as the best citizen’ made me diversify into school education. Myself as a person trained in World Religion, say, “Education is a continuum, my trajectory to involve in school has made me to understand my potential and my inner strength”.
Vision of the school is to nurture each student by analyzing his/her potential and liking, by taking into consideration the theory of multiple intelligences. Herein, no stone would remain unturned to uplift the student and train him/her in any sphere of his/her choice being it academics, sports, fine arts, technology or soft skills. State-of-the-art infrastructure and qualified faculty are structured with such a mission to create a future society of emotionally balanced, tech savvy, intelligent yet compassionate persons.
Top quality schools are mostly functioning in metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkota, Hyderabad, and Chennai is a general notion; even the second tier cities like Tiruchirappalli also can establish and run top notch private schools.
TPS is one such example offering quality education to children right from kindergarten to senior secondary level under Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) pattern. Education 4.0, which focuses on innovation based education, will be the future aspiration of education in TPS. Children shall be exposed to digital pedagogy of education which includes Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in TPS.
Dr M Ravichandran

Started his career as faculty of Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, in the Department of Economics from 1991 and retired as Professor & Head, Department of Environmental Management in 2019. He was in charge of offices in different capacities as Registrar of Bharathidasan University, Director of BSM (Bharathidasan School of Management), member of Syndicate and Senate, to cite a few. Besides, he had the honour of being the founder Professor & Head, Department of Environmental Management and founder Director of Bharathidasan University Entrepreneurship Innovation and Career Hub (BECH). Additionally, he had served as Director of Centre for Distance Education Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. He has published numerous scholarly articles, reviews and research papers and supervised 14 Ph.D candidates successfully. He has undertaken 4 major research projects funded by UGC and the World Bank and authored 5 books, so far. He is the recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship under the Indo American Environment Leadership Program (IAELP) for the year 2004-2005. He visited the United States during 2004 as Fellow in the Department of Economics, Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan. Before joining Tiruchy Public School (TPS) as one of the Directors, he served as Registrar of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, Tiruchirappalli from June 2021 to July 2023.

As one of the Directors of Tiruchy Public School (TPS), I find immense pleasure to lead this team of dedicated teachers and committed non-teaching staff, which endeavour to build a nation with courageous creative and enlightened citizens. Sole purpose of education, along with knowledge, is to create a good human being with skills and creativity. Understanding that each student is unique in her/ his capacity, the school shall create an ecosystem to nurture their talents and realize their dreams. Education at TPS gives equal importance to academics, sports, social service, fine arts and character building and emotional wellbeing like, honesty, integrity, empathy, resilience, and positivity etc. Equal importance to developing soft skills and creativity would be given by opening up all possible avenues for our young children to select and travel in her/ his desired path. A promise to every parent is that a well-mannered, intellectual, physically strong, socially conscious, emotionally equipoised and holistically developed child would pass out of our school
