Dr M Ravichandran
Dr. M. Ravichandran began his academic career in 1991 as a faculty member in the Department of Economics at Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. Over nearly three decades of distinguished service, he held several key leadership positions, including Registrar, Director of Bharathidasan School of Management (BSM), Syndicate Member and Senate Member.
He is the Founder Professor & Head of the Department of Environmental Management and the Founder Director of the Bharathidasan University Entrepreneurship Innovation and Career Hub (BEICH). He also served as Director of the Centre for Distance Education, Bharathidasan University. A respected academic and researcher, he has published numerous scholarly articles, guided 14 Ph.D. scholars, completed four major research projects funded by UGC and the World Bank, and authored five books.
He is the recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship under the Indo American Environment Leadership Program (IAELP) for the year 2004-2005. He visited the United States during 2004 as Fellow in the Department of Economics, Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan. Before joining Tiruchy Public School (TPS) as one of the Directors, he served as Registrar of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, Tiruchirappalli from June 2021 to July 2023.

As one of the Directors of Tiruchy Public School (TPS), I find immense pleasure to lead this team of dedicated teachers and committed non-teaching staff, which endeavour to build a nation with courageous creative and enlightened citizens. Sole purpose of education, along with knowledge, is to create a good human being with skills and creativity.
Understanding that each student is unique in her/ his capacity, the school shall create an ecosystem to nurture their talents and realize their dreams. Education at TPS gives equal importance to academics, sports, social service, fine arts and character building and emotional wellbeing like, honesty, integrity, empathy, resilience, and positivity etc.
Equal importance to developing soft skills and creativity would be given by opening up all possible avenues for our young children to select and travel in her/ his desired path. A promise to every parent is that a well-mannered, intellectual, physically strong, socially conscious, emotionally equipoised and holistically developed child would pass out of our school
Mr. Sitharth Muralithar
Mr. Sitharth Muralithar is a passionate entrepreneur, visionary leader, and education enthusiast committed to building institutions that shape not just academically strong students, but confident and responsible individuals. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Structural Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, one of India’s most reputed technical institutions.
With a deep understanding of structure, precision, and systems, Mr. Sitharth brings the same principles into the field of education — building strong foundations for young minds. He believes that education must be thoughtfully designed, well-structured, and future-oriented, just like great engineering. His vision is to create a learning environment that balances academic excellence with character development, communication skills, leadership qualities, and real-world exposure. He strongly advocates experiential learning, critical thinking, STEM, value-based education along with good communication skill to prepare students not just for examinations, but for life.
